I put in the wrong shipping address…

Please always double-check that you have entered the correct shipping address when checking out. If a unit or apartment number is needed, please ensure to include it!

If your package is "Returned to Sender" due to an incorrect address, the customer will be required to pay shipping a second time in order for the package to be reshipped.

If you notice that you have entered the wrong shipping address at checkout, please contact us immediately at hello@thesundaydog.com If your package has not yet shipped, we can edit the label. If your package has already been shipped, we need to wait until the package is returned to us before we can reship it. As stated above, the customer will be required to pay for the new shipping label.


Can I cancel my order?

Since our processing times are so fast, we can not accept canceled orders. Please email us at hello@thesundaydog.com if you have a specific issue and we will do our best to accommodate you! Thank you for understanding.


Do you sell wholesale?

Yes! To be considered for wholesale, please fill out our Wholesale Application and we will follow up with you!


What size should I order?

We highly recommend measuring your pet's neck before purchasing a bandana and when in doubt, size up! We’ve included our Size Guide on each bandana listing and it is also linked here for your reference!

How do I care for my bandanas?

To extend the life of your bandanas and scrunchies, we recommend hand washing with warm soapy water and air drying flat. Iron gently if needed (be mindful of the white tag on our bandanas, do not iron over this!).

If you do need to machine wash your bandana, we suggest using the delicate cycle (or cool water) and air drying flat. Our Care Guide is also linked here.


Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this time we can only ship domestically within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping and will update this page in the future!
