SHIPPING

We do our very best to get your packages to you on time and in great shape! Unfortunately, we must rely on mail carriers once an item leaves our possession. That being said, we cannot replace lost or stolen packages. Please note, delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping time and costs will vary depending on the service selected at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. In the case an address is incorrectly entered, please email us as soon as possible at hello@thesundaydog.com - If your package hasn’t yet been mailed, we can correct that for you.


RETURNS /EXCHANGES

We are unfortunately unable to accept returns - with the nature of handmade items, they are made specifically to your print and sizing. We offer a detailed size guide included on every listing and we highly recommend measuring your pet’s neck before placing an order!

However, if an issue has occurred with your order, please email us at hello@theundaydog.com and we will do everything we can to correct the situation!


PROCESSING TIMES

Our current processing time is 3-4 business days (from date of order to ship date)! We work extremely hard to get your packages out as soon as possible. Please do keep in mind that ALL of our items are made by hand and times can vary slightly.

You will not get an email update until we create your shipping label :)

Because of the handmade nature of our product, each is unique in its own way! Meaning the color, pattern placement, size, and shape can vary slightly from product to product.

Our products are not chew-proof. We are not responsible for any damage to your products caused by your pet.


NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET UNATTENDED WHILE WEARING OUR PRODUCTS. Bandanas along with many pet accessories could pose a potential choking hazard. The Sunday Dog is not responsible for any damage caused by our products.
